1. Is it possible to keep luggage before / after check-in? -> Yes, it is possible. Luggage storage after check-out is until 10 pm.
2. Are all rooms non smoking? -> Yes, all rooms are non-smoking and there is a smoking area on the 6th floor of the hotel.
3. If I arrive early in the hotel, can I not check in quickly? -> We regret to inform you that the check-in time is strictly from 3pm to 12pm. Depending on the hotel’s cleaning conditions on that day, you may be able to enter your rooms early, please contact us on the same day.
